my parents have a few that we keep at the family cabin in Alexandria.... pontoon. I don't remember the details, nothing too impressive, although my dad rebuilt most of the seats, and did a ton of electrical work on it. right after we got it: E-scow sail boat: '91 (?) MasterCraft Prostart 190. 350 inboard V8 ski boat. extremely fun :yumyum: pictured on the hoist next to my Aunt's bayliner
very nice! my uncle has one almost exactly like it ('92 though, I think....): almost talked him into selling it to me this spring...
there was a ad on craigslist the other day selling 10 standups for $2500..6 ran good, and the other 4 were for parts...pretty good deal
If you were handy at all, you could probably make 10 running ski's for pretty cheap... unless the 4 didn't have engines in them.
And heres the link http://fargo.craigslist.org/boa/1150161236.html all kawasakis i guess, a couple 300s, 2 440s, and 2 550s, and 3 for parts,
boats an hoes! ... really i wish i had some extra cash so i could some jetskis.... wait if i did i would probably dump it into the subaru.. looks like i should just get a 2nd job.
I'll be re-designing mine as soon as I get around to ripping everything out and replacing the rotten floor.
ill try to take some pics of my boat.. my dream boat also Gridlocked, let me know if you want some help with your boat. me and my dad did the same thing to ours. we took everything out of it and made a new floor and side shelves and put new carpet in it
Ah, Right on!!! Did you just drill out all of the rivits to get everything out? Do you have any pics of the process?
yes and no. it was pretty easy to get the old stuff out cause everthing was rotted to hell. we got all new wood, carpet and seats.. ill try an take some pics later
took my boat out the other day when it was 70 degrees with about a 20mph wind...water was about 45 degrees, and boy was it cold, doing 40 on the lake felt like i was driving it in the winter in a -30 wind chill!
