i have not really a odd request but i would like to see some pics of anyone on here running a fmic, i want to see engine bay pics, of how the piping is routed.
the reason i ask is i was looking at some of the pics on rs25 and just about every car on there has the piping the opposite way of mine, which i thought about awhile and realized it might be easier to run the pipes that way but then the pipe that goes to the tb is super heated by the turbo-thus defeating the purpose of a fmic, where mine comes in on the cool side of the engine. so what are you thoughts on this subject.

reverse intake mani would solve it too

edit: i also think more ppl dont do it this way because of the wicked 180* turn the pipe from the turbo outlet has to make

The other thing you want to do if you are concerned about intake temps, is wrap the pipe in heat reflective material the is going from the ic to the tb. I wouldn't worry so much about the other pipe, you just want to make sure that the air that has been cooled down, stays cool.

i am not worried about my intake temp, it stays pretty cool on the tb side unless it's a really really hot day out. this was just something i noticed and thought i would see how others thought about it.
