    Man, back when I lived in EP the cops just didn't care. Seriously, you could pretty much drive as fast as you wanted anywhere you wanted, right past the police station, right past cops on the road, and they just didn't care.

    Then I moved to Bloomington where it seemed like I had a permanent police escort.
