If you did a project car what kind of car would you build up? Just post up a few cars or just one. Me: Any car from 1969 STI WRX 2.5RS 350Z 240SX BMW M3 Supra MR2 Many Many more.....
Already done: 1st gen DSM Coming soon: 3rd gen Integra RS and a Dodge Stealth R/T TT maybe a 2nd gen RX7 Turbo II
I would either do a: 1) Silvia S13 with a SR20DET red top. 2) 1971 Datsun 240Z with an RB26DETT swap but keeping it as stealth as possible. 3) 2000 Legacy L with an EJ22T/forged pistons and EJ257 heads and a GT35R. Also stealth as possible.
For me it would have to be either... - 240SX Fastback with SR20 or - Mazda RX7 FC Turbo...ooohhh Mohd

I personally want a 3rd Gen RX7 but may do another 1st Gen Rx7 like what I had in Australia... I would love an RX3 or R100 but they are too rare here and $$$$$$ skyline My RX7 an R100 my old RX3 I will be doing a project car in the next couple of years ps.... we painted all of the cars for under $400
A porsche 911 with a 2.5L Subaru turbo engine... oh wait. i'm starting that one this fall What I really want to do before I die is a dark blue Sil-Eighty w/ sr20dett pink top (for the gf) or a 60's-70's mini cooper with a honda b-series engine. (for me)

the one project car I really want to do before i die is a Datsun 240z with the SVX 3.3litre through a 5mt with welded center and rear wheel drive , maybe add a turbo just for kicks
My project car would be a 2001 legacy GT with a turbo 3.0 H6 and six speed tranny.... oh, other than our actual projects. GF impreza wagon with STi drivetrain, in RB5 paint color, with gold rims. a 300ZX, MR2 turbo, Galant Vr4(3rd generation body style i believe) fully designed/engineered car by myself developed around the STi drivetrain, think 2000lb car with 300hp awd anything sleeper, or super luxury/power such as a twin turbo escalade, haha. Ben
My wagon is my project car. just something around 400whp....v-mount style intercooler/radiator, JDM sti 6spd......EJ22T?

quote:
Originally posted by Steve-o ford focus hatch w/supercharged cobra motor in it. /thread

I second this except with a ford aerostar as opposed to focus You could do minivan burnouts like in that tv commercial and no one would even see the forced V-8 wrath coming. Full STI swap into GC RS
I guess the only true project, or project car for me would be basically throwing a WRX enigne into my 93 L with 5MT, AWD drive train and a front mount right away because I want to keep my stock hood. Mohd
my olds in my sig, but with a 455, 300+ hp and well over 500 ft lbs of axle twisting pavement cracking torque!!!
Mine would look something like this: And I've got less in it that ANY of your cars!!!!! MUWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA
