I have millions of stupid project car ideas. And unless I win the lottery, they wont see the light of day. Beck 550 speedster w/ STi powerplant 2.5RS coupe with built motor 240Z w/ RB26DETT and RWD and the list goes on and on.
haha, yea. at RS it made 273whp, 269 wtq at 16psi (the wg has a 14psi spring). so we were having boosting issues - it wouldn't go past 16psi, so i don't know what the deal is. i never addressed the issue because i got bored with the car (might be the profecBII, the wg or the wg vac lines, miniscule boost leak, or something else). the set-up should be able to go a lot further though (apexi power fc, hks 264 cams, blah blah blah)
yeah, redheaded kid with a blue 240 with the sr20det. he said something about a friend with a newer ka-t setup. i thought it might be you. he is doing alot of drift events with his this year. his little brother mitch has a white one with a silvia kit, full tein drift setup, stock engine. he keeps running into things though. they have like 4 front bumpers under their backyard deck.
my project car, as soon as i graduate... n/a build k20 in a lotus exige, indvidual throttle bodies the works. ****ing badass
huh, most people dont start modifying $60,000 cars straight out of school, but hey, more power to you if you have that kind of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
i thought base on the exige is 48k and it would be a couple years old... yea my career path is pretty sweet:biggrin:
