Is anyone using a Prosport arf to tune for e85? On their website it says the range is 10:1 to 20:1. This is the gauge I'm looking at http://prosportgauges.com/halo-wideband-air-fuel-ratio-gauge.aspx. I am wondering if it will work for e85? It looks like the AEM gauge can change the range for different fluids, does prosport do this? I emailed Prosport and ask if it is e85 compatible and what the range was this was there reply. "Yes, the range is 10.0 to 20.0" so do you just have to take 14.7 as stoich for e85? Or can this gauge give a offset for different fuels?
These gauges are all referenced off lambda. Basically the E85 AFR isn't actually the number that's shown. It's the "gasoline equivalent" AFR. So, yes, you would use 14.7 as stoich, even with E85. The AEM can convert to show true E85 AFR's, but no one really does that.
