Rally on Speed channel now.

    They are doing a thing on the Targa Rally in New Foundland on the speed channel right now. There a some Subaru competing. It looks to be a very fast, very tight urban rally stage. Should be fun to watch.

    Too bad Comcast nails me with an upcharge for Speed. I'll have to snag of a torrent site.

    As of January something Comcast said they were gonna have a sports package for free including Speed ... might wanna check into that. You have to have a box of course.

    Hope my DirecTV DVR is smart enough to catch it. My TiVo would have, but then I didn't get Speed back when we had Comcastards.

    yup, it's $7 or $8 a month for the "sports entertainment package". i got so sick of not having fuel that i signed us up for it a couple weeks ago. bonus is that it also includes fuel tv. i heart fuel tv!!!!!!! it was really funny to listen to the comcast guy try to talk me into some $200 a month package "because it will be almost that much anyway when my promotional package price is over" when my 1 year doesn't expire til sept 09. oops. maybe you should have checked that before trying to sell me on it LOL

    Alrighty, I stand corrected. I <3 DirectTV HD service. Of course I have no cable service available here in the corn fields. But I do <3 it.

    Just did it - Speed, Fuel and 10 other college/pro sports channels for $7.95 plus taxes, natch.

    I thought it was the NASCAR channel now? At any rate it's included in my cable package, just didn't know they were bringing back rally, and non WRC stuff at that.
