The planning meeting for the 2009 RallyCross season will be held prior to the annual banquet at 3pm, January 10, 2009 at DeGidio's in St. Paul. On the agenda will be: - Planning the 2009 event calendar - Event masters for 2009 events - Venues for 2009 events - Review/Discussion of the LoL RallyCross Championship rules - Open discussion of competitor and organizer issues. If you are unable to attend, but have something you want to suggest or have discussed, or would like to help organize an event, please contact me at [email protected] and let me know what you'd like to have added to the agenda.
Like Mark said, if you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming season, or would like to help plan and have some input into the events and schedule for this upcoming season, please come out and join us. We want to hear feedback and input from our customers (i.e. you as competitors and volunteers) so we can give you the highest quality events and season possible. If you have questions about possibly wanting to be an eventmaster, please come out and joins us. Most of the previous eventmasters will be there to provide answers to your questions. We will try to nail down a schedule and a list of eventmasters and sites by the end of the meeting. If you might have an idea for an event site, this would be a great time to talk to us about it. We have some good sites, but are always on the look out for more. And there are perks to finding sites that we can use numerous times (i.e. free season of rallycross!!) Can't wait!! 2 more days!! One other thing to think about before the planning meeting, what events would keep you from coming out to a rallycross if they were scheduled on the same day? I know this is short notice, but if anyone can list them in this thread before tomorrows meeting, that can help us out with the schedule tremendously. Obviously we can't schedule around everything. But if we can avoid scheduling issues, now is the time to do it. I know autocross is one of the big ones. Anything else you guys can think of?
work..hope its mostly sundays again :emo: lol, umm nothing keeps me from coming...if you want to seriously rallyx you will forget about anything else...but yeah autox would be one...like u listed.
