Rattling Heat Shield In a WRX

I dont know if anyone else has experienced this, but in the back left quarter underneath my hood, situated fairly close to the back is a metal heat shield, it has a small picture of a hand with an x through it. I realised when driving slow, my engine ready to die like when im parking, something rattled. Popped my hood and lo and behold, this smal heatshiled rattles all over. There appars to be a place where a screw could come down and hold it in place but my friends 05 WRX did not have anything there. Just curious if anyone has any ideas how to make this rattle stop! If you dont know what im talking about ill post a pic.
Edit: It is an 02 WRX sedan if that matters.

 

Take it off and maybe weld it. If welding it helps I can have my uncle weld it and he could have it done at the most 30 min

 

I think that Dream had my uncle weld one that was rattling before he sold it.

 

Should be a real easy fix with a new bolt....

 

could just weld it, i think heat shield rattle is common...my my00 RS's heat shield is rattling too.

 

Thanks, like i said, not the most car literate.....yet...but ill work on it. Guss i should look for a bolt or find someone who could do a qick weld for free, no $$$ to spare.
