    Had this website sent to me today, it shows what your property is worth (estimate) along with all of your neighbors.

    Cool site, but that doesn't seem to be too acurate. For example, my moms house in eagan. Zillow is off on square footage by 4000sq ft!! That's a pretty huge range even for an estimate! haha
    Property value for the same house is also off by more than 100 grand.

    Kind of a fun site though! I like how you can use the same site for satelite views

    I've been using this for a while, in fact my condo is listed for sale on that site.

    my neighbors house is worth 1.44 million wow..but ours is not near that..way off..

    mine is spot on price wise to what we paid for it... not sure on the area footage etc...

    ok not so spot on on the other site... oh well.. that's why we are gonna rent it out and wait on selling it...

    oh mine is more then we payed for it, but that doesnt mean it would sell for that much with this homosexual housing market right now

    Well, the sq ft is half what it should be for my house...they show it in the wrong place and the house that is shown in place of mine (with a non-existant address) is worth $440k! That happens to be exactly 2x what they show mine at (which is >10% less than I paid for it 3.5yrs ago)... Don't quite know what to think of that..yes I do, it is a waste of time!
