alright, for all of you that have patiently waited for these, here is your chance to get them :D These arent even on our site yet so be the first to sign up!

Do you know what your intake manifold sits on?...a superheated boxer engine. If you don't know already, the cooler your intake air is the more HP your car will achieve. We present you the answer to this age old problem, raising the intake manifold off the engine with GrimmSpeed's new real Phenolic Intake Manifold/TGV to Engine Spacer.
Phenolic spacers have been used for years by many other specialized automotive companies, but this is very new technology to the Subaru world.
-Greatly reduces the transer of heat from engine to intake manifold
-One of a kind true Phenolic material, not cutting board material like others.
-The cooler your intake temperature is the denser the air is which leads to more power.
    -Direct bolt-on.
-Users may reuse stock bolts intake manifold.
-We have installed both with and without OEM Subaru Gaskets and have had no issues with either way. We recommend if you have bad mating surfaces then use an OEM gaskets on both sides.
    -USA made
    -Regular price: 64.99

    Pricing tiers are as follows:
    1-9 participants: 59.99
    10-19 participants: 54.99
    20+ participants: 49.99

We have OEM Subaru Gaskets as well if you would like to install them along with the spacers. $10/set or 18.99/2 sets. If you are going to use them i'd recommend buying two sets and using one oem gaskets on each side of the spacer.

Shipping to the lower 48 will be $5. Group Buy will be closed on the 17th of this month. Orders will be shipped shortly there after.

We put 'em on my car on Saturday with no gaskets and it doesn't appear to be leaking at all even at 20.5 psi (poor little td04).

the testing was more of an installation/temp change test group. i sent these out to about 10-12 people for that. installation was a breeze. we found out you can either use these by themselves, or with one oem gaskets, or with 2 oem gaskets on either side. only one of the guys had done done temp tests yet ..and it was with a thermal gun and he was sitting at idle which isnt a good test because i think you are going to see more gains when drive, slowing down, speeding up, etc. with that said you still saw a 12* decrease on surface temp at idle. my guess tells me we could see a 20-35* decrease while driving.

My downpipe is already coated blue so I figured Id keep the look with the other front half. Cant wait to see and install everything!!

    Thanks

people have had success when using no gaskets and with using 2 oem gaskets on both sides. its kinda up to you how you want to do it as i'm advising either way works. alot of people are using the 2 sets of oem gaskets for the added "insurance".
