    that's weird. looks like they took the body of a REAL car (?) and cut it up to transform like the binaltech/alternators smokescreen... kinda cheesy..but interesting find

    haha, thats some awesome %$#@!%$#@!%$#@!%$#@!!!!! If they can put in a motor to have it driveable and a push button that'll make it transform and walk! i'd kill for 1.

    There is a 0% chance of that thing being anywhere near driveable.
    I suspect it was a purpose-built promotional thing for the upcoming "live-action" (CGI) Transformers movie. (Coming July 2007, http://www.transformerslive.com -- Check out Optimus Prime's pimpin' mudflaps!!)
