I just bought the 94 Impreza wagon that Colin was selling and I have no idea how to set the clock. I tried everything that I can think of. I feel really dumb for asking, but does anyone know how to set it? (its the stock cassette player)
    Thanks a ton

hold the display button then press the the up and down tuner buttons for the radio stations. one is minutes and one is hours. cant remember which is which though.

Put your right thumb in your ear, touch the dash with your other hand, cross your legs in front of the steering wheel, scream as loud as you can what time you want it to be and the clock will set itself.

Just sayin, that's how I set mine.

Yup -- oh yeah I forgot to mention yours might be slightly different since I have an '04 WRX. Not sure if that transfers over to your Impreza. ;)

Yeah now that I think about it that particular model didn't make it to the USDM Impreza until 2002...

Anyway, I'm sure I'm being no help at all. I hope you figured it out with the help of some other people who actually know what they're doing. :)

Another similar question, since it is just a cassette player I bought a cassette to iPod adapter and it worked fine for a few days, now when I put it in, it doesnt make any noise, but the tape direction arrow thingy goes back and forth then it spits out my tape :( Does anyone know what might be going on? Is my tape motor out?

the car is going to explode and you need to give to me ASAP. it is for your own safety.

i would imagine the tape player is, in my unprofessional opinion, broken.

if I find out it is broken, once I get a new one I will more than likely give you it

    hahaha I bet

EDIT: after finding a tape (super groupos vol 3) I have determined that it doesnt work
Now I am wondering, will a newer subaru radio will work (like a 6 disc one)?
