I think you are talking about uncle scottys blend... 1 Quart Redline Lightweight Shockproof gear oil, 1 Quart Penzoil Synchromesh, top it off with 80-90 Castrol HypoyC. (1.Some more quarts) make sure you don't overfill it. For rear diff you can get 1qt regular 75-90 Redline with the Limited Slip additives. They are really easy to change, drive the car onto some ramps, remove the plug from the bottom of the tranny, let it drain for quite awhile because gear oil is thick.... put plug back in, then you probably have to remove your intercooler if you have a top mount and use a nice long flexable funnel down to the tranny dipstick hole and slowly add the fluids. Rear diff is even easier, just remove the lower plug with a breaker bar, let it drain, put the lower plug back in, and add the gear lube from the upper plug hole.

Here's some shots from when I did scottys blend a few weeks ago...

o'reillys has castrol as does pep boys, and autozone has the synchoromesh, though you could get that from any GM dealer too.

Pick up the fluid and I'd be game to change them. Better yet I'll teach you how so you can change them yourself in the future. Pm me to let me know what you think.

Instead of taking of the intercooler off, if you get about a 3-4 ft. piece of clear vinyl tubing about 1/2" in diameter you can put one end in the tranny fill and pour it slowly into the other end and you get no mess results if you go slow.

I also put the new bottles in ziplock bags and put them in a sink of hot water while the tranny drained to help them flow better when it came to refilling.
