Was trying to take out my intake silencer the other day but didn't got enought time so I didn't do it. The thing is I'm not so sure what to do since its my first time removing my fender. Well I guess I'm too lazy to find out by myself so I'm gonna ask first b4 I head back into taking it apart again. Got all screws from top and side of fender(and that was as far as I go only) so what's next to get the fender off?

You should be able to do it by just removing part of the inner fender liner. If you remove the fender, you'll have to spend some time making it fit properly with the hood, door, bumper cover, and what not.

I did this last spring, I had my dad help me its a lot easier with another set of hands. You don't need to take the fender off. I loosened the inner fender like piddster said, then I removed the thin plastic lining under the front bumper and pulled it out from the bottom. That plastic should flex enough to pull the silencer out. It was still a pain to get out, but it will come out.

No, although my silencer was white. I took of the front passenger side wheel, as it made it easier. Took all of 5 minutes.

it literally is like 2 10mm nuts inside the fender.. or one inthe fender one inside the engine bay... then pop a couple of clips on the inner fender guard, and pull the silencer out the bottom of the car... takes maybe 10 mins tops

Should I use this? It doesn't have a hole on the bottom of the filter yet for water from the Stock air tube from the front grill. I dont think I need it but should I?

If you cut it off a little higher and close it up you have a GP-Moto elbow. There is someone on here that did that instead of spending $45 on the elbow.
