I bought some og WRX rims and the previous owner painted the tops of them. Not a problem since I plan on painting them black, but I was wondering the best and easiest way to remove the paint? Anybody have a sandblaster?
    Here's a pic.

^^Like wire brush? I thought I would apply it and then have to scrub the old paint off.

just rub the stuff on.. let it soak in and then most of it should run off under water.. there might be a little left over , if so let some more settle then just get a paint scraper and scrape it off

be warnned... if your going for bare metal, it will take a LONG time... even with the aircraft stripper.
i would just give it a single dose to get anything loose off, and then take a scuff pad to it.
follow it up with a good coat of self etching primer and then a coat of high fill primer and that **** should last a long time.

Yeah, i just want to get that layer of paint off, and then I'll scuff the clearcoat off, then prime, paint, and clearcoat a bunch.
All I need is a place to do it. I don't feel like doing it in my driveway and spraying the $%# down to go into the alley.
