As all you guys no, I got into an accident the other day.
Bad news, Insurance is not going to fix it, FREAKING BASTARDS! I'm going to buy it back and try to fix it myself. Any autoshop people here like MNAUTOBODY think they can lend a hand?

Yia, if the Insurance company isn't going to total or pay for your car... why do you have to buy it back? Shouldn't the car be in your garage or in the junk yard as we speak... in that case, all you have to do is pay the storage fee and tow it or drive it home... if it's driveable.

Sorry to hear about your loss man... I'm sure there's bigger and better things in store for you.

    Fellaz,

The car is under my dad's name. The insurance is "liberty Mutual" They suck A$$! It cost around $8k to fix, they only value the car at $9k but KBB said its atleast $11k. Im so F-ken piss off right now, I guess I'll be going to a new insurance company. O well. I'll fix this situation somehow. All I can do is wait and see what will happen

I see they won't fix it because the damage is more than 75% of the value of the car so they basically totaled it. which means you have to buy it back from them then they should pay you the value they set minus the buy back. That's what happened when I got one of my cars broken into. They said the damage was more than 75% of value and totaled the car and cut me a check for the value minus the buy back amount. Good Luck Hope it works out.
