So i just got my restrictor pill(TD04). And was wondering if there was a certain direction the pill needs to face. Also can i just shove it in the hose or is the placement in the hose critical???

Will i have to clear out the p0171 code... or should it hit target boost no matter what?

I'm at a loss. Why did you need a new/separate pill for a TD04? It is a stock part. Did you convert an RS?

One way or another (probably during the tranny install) the vacuum line with the pill in it disappeared. Along with his extra 11 pounds of boost.

so, anyone know what pill i need for my vf22/how to check if i have the pill already?

my car will be back in a few weeks and i'd like to track down the boost issue that some of you know about.

it's maxing at 14 psi with the stock boost control and vf22
