well many entered, and only one person won. i guess it just had to be me. the first time i won i recieved a 1/2 pack of gum. that was a worthy pirze. now just today the prize for the second prize showed up at my door. and well i might not be entering in any more contests for fear of further prizes.

^ umm i dont know how to measure maniken sizes very well. my plan was to just pawn him off as joke to some relative/friend hehe
Now you can use the car pool lane. There was a guy that got busted for putting something like that in his passenger seat and using the lane. Did it for a year or something I think before he got busted.
Just wrap a tape measure (inches, not metric) around the chest and/or waist. If he's a big strapping size-40 or something, o well... +1 to put a wig and some muppet "googly eyes" on him, and strap him in as a sane-lane passenger FTW.
