I'm planning on attending the fall Sport Compact 1/4 drags out at Rockfalls on September 15th. Trying to get a caravan of Subaru's to go down.

    $40 to race
    $10 to watch

    If you plan to race:
-you'll need a snell 2005 or new helmet
    -Long pants
    -shoes

What: Rockfalls Raceway Sport Compact drag event
    When: 09/15/12
Meet: south side of 94 BP Station. Whitebear Ave. and 94E.
    Time: leaving @ 0730

Lets get the sign up going.....

I think there aren't any handraisers yet because Kong posted at 1:42AM Monday morning. I am half awake at work typing this but I will hand raise for now. Could be fun.

I picked up a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. It fits the family plus some and my wife will ride with me. You can tell who where's the skirt in the family. :)

This I can show you, but once you learn it you may not want to stop doing it. If your trans is stock it won't like doing it alot.

My tranny is stock. It would be nice to have a TQ upgrade but I won't be utilizing it enough to justify the cost and installation.
I have some experience with the 5MT and I've seen a few youtube vids on how to frum dig with the 4EAT. I meant to ask earlier, would you get a better 60' going easy on it or just dumping the thing? Asking so I know where to place my focus on when making practice runs.

4 runs? c'mon...i mean, 4 runs is enough to blow a motor, but prove me wrong and get 10 passes in and see if it happens or not ;)

Last time I was there, I did about 12 passes. I was constantly staging.

But I'm not there to break any records. I'm there to see how much improvement I made since my last run.
