    You'll never catch up with me Bill. I believe I have the highest mileage on an original motor on this forum! Lol, I could be wrong...143,000 and counting.

    Btw, that was "in style". Brainerd International must have had an open track day.:cool:

    I just rolled over 170,000 not to long ago. original motor and boosted.

    Dang you Bill I saw the title and thought the worst.

    lol! oh man, I think I just hurt myself laughing so hard.

    I'll be rolling over 190k on the body of my car in the next couple days. which means 25k since the swap, which means 260k on the motor. all original gaskets, original oil pump. original water pump, one timing belt change (last 2 will be changing this week). oil changes usually done 5-7k miles. almost exclusively fram oil filters (not since I've had the motor....but my dad swears by them!)

    I have a customer who comes in and brags about his WRX....last time I saw it a few weeks ago he was at 212,xxx 03 bug eye wrx no mods.

    very true. I got my car a little less than 4 yrs ago and have only managed to put on ~80k.
