Here is the info copied from craigslist. Me and my roomate are looking to fill a bedroom that will be available july 1st. The house is located in st paul MN near university ave. (tons of stores and restaurants nearby) It's a 3 BR 2 BA house with a fenced in yard and tons of space. Pets are ok (i have a beagle). Rent is set at 425.00 and utilities usually run about 60-110 a month and has only gotten on the high end once. (water and garbage are paid by the landlords) My other roommates parents are the landlords so they're very easy to get a hold of and they take care of issues with no problem. It's an older house but almost everything is updated in side and out. We are both male college students 21 and 20, we're looking for someone around this age, Male or Female. We do like to have fun every once and a while and might throw a party or two a month. We don't get to crazy but we like to have fun. At the same time we're both pretty cautious of each others living spaces and we try and keep as clean as possible. Yard work is also required.
