that was actually me...i posted from his comp and forgot to log in with mine. I meant it as in, restictions from having friends over day and night? drinking? BBQing? bed time? the usual stuff that you can't do much if you don't own the place.
I really don't care what you do, just have respect for the rest of us. If I come home from work and find you in a threesome with another girl and a dude, on my couch, I'm going to hit you all with golf clubs. But otherwise, have at it. Friends over, hanging out, drinking. I have a gas grill out back that you are welcome to use at will. I go to bed when I please, so just try to keep it down if I'm asleep.

How long does it take to get to minneapolis in the morning? Like leaving around 7? is there Lots of traffic on 494 heading that way in the morning? Is this a long term thing or is it just for a short while? There IS a huge garage and an engine hoist at your disposal and lots of Subaru nerds hanging out there and t3hw00t parties occasionally and nearby country roads and a cute dog and a big TV and a giant slot car track.
Take that back. I'm kinda looking. It depends on when you would be moving in. And how long you need a place to stay. I don't forsee living in this house for much longer. But if you do move in and I buy a new house, you could easily get your stuff moved to the new place with my stuff and I'd just transfer your rent payment to the new place. The idea for me is to get a smaller house, not a bigger one. My mortgage payments are big right now, and I don't really need a 4 bedroom house. There is so much unfilled space right now.
I'm planning on getting at least a 2 stall garage. That way I have one bay for the car, and one to work in.
Garage stalls are essential, I'm thinking one stall per/bedroom is necessary!:laugh: Maybe a "Guest Stall" would be nice also!
