Since I've experienced things "selling" and the buyer never bothing to follow through with the sale, I gotta leave this open.

*not judging your character or anything but that's how things are these days. BTW nice buy, I like em.

 

I have bought these and they don't go on either of my 05 SRT4 or 08 WRX. He said they were 5x100 with a 45mm hub and they are actually 40mm or 42mm. If anyone wants them same deal 850 bucks. Not only that this guy went to put them on my car zipped off my front tire and noticed he had the wrong lug nuts so put my tire back on and cross threaded 4 of the 5 lugs and 4 of the 5 were fricken loose my tire almost fell off when I got back on the highway heading home. So these rims cost me 950 bucks after new lugs cutting my old rim off "cuz the new one was going on and thats the only way I could fix my lugs" So take these headaches away. Also he spent my money by noon the next day and wont take em back. After he assured me they would go on and he said the fit on his buddies SRT4. sorry if I sound pissed but my face has been pissed off red for the last day and a half.

 

Sorry to hear that. But did you let someone else work on your car? That's a tough lesson to learn. Was it the diameter/bore of the hole in the rim or the offset that was wrong?

 

Diameter of the hub hole. The hard thing to think about is he stripped these out at his shop A and J auto in minneapolis. I figured mechanic or body guy would know how to put a rim on? He said I rushed him but wouldnt anyone with common sense say don't worry I can wait 2 minutes for you to put my wheel on correctly??????

 

Then I figured maybe wheel spacers but pepboys didnt have longer lugs and said I shouldn't due to safety so I listend and this rims are now for sale again. I will trade them for a simular set because these are for my wifes SRT4 and I need to get her blizzaks off the road so I don't ruin them.

 

So these are +40 or 42 rather than +45?

 

yup it barely didnt fit.

 

I mean they are awesome looking rims but they don't fit which sucks.

 

Can you take some better pictures including all the numbers on the back/inside of the rim?
