I made the ad much more basic to stir up interest. It worked! Lots of calls today. I'll post specifics when I get home from work.

OK, I had the car at $5k on craigs for a week and not one test drive, so clearly that's the wrong price. I'm looking at a bit over $4,000 for the car. I don't think I would do $4,000, but if you had the cash I'd likely do $4300. 235,000 miles on it. I've owned it for about 18 months and driven about 8,000 miles.
Lots of recent maintenance from me and the prior owner replace the driveshaft shortly before I bought it. It runs perfectly and has lots of power.

I will replace the silly purple rims with great stock silver rims for the right price. I do have extra plati-dip if you want that. (I bought them like that)

It is currently on a Cobb AP stage 2 tune. The AP will NOT come with the car! Its got a TBE, BOV, and manual boost controller that was hooked up wrong from the prior owner and was running 7psi for a while. I hooked it up correctly and its now doing about 17 pounds with the Cobb and running perfectly.

All issues have been with the car since I've owned it, so at least 18 months...
Issues: the rear wiper doesn't work, the AC has a leak (I filled and leaked out in 2 days), the tachometer light is out, and the HID's (aftermarket and new bulbs) shine at a slightly different color (likely due to the daytime running lights still active).

Again, this issue has been with the car my entire ownership...
Finally, the car leaks/burns oil of course at 235k miles. I check the oil religiously and fill when needed. No oil on the driveway. The car does smoke from the turbo area. The car was fully inspected and serviced at RS Motors and checked out just fine.

I just want to understand something here then, so you say the AP does not come with the car, so are you going to unmarry the AP? Reason for asking is, why not include it, if not, it's basically a brick for you unless you wanna pony up some cash to have Cobb reset the AP for you. Just want you to clarify what you mean by, "The AP will NOT come with the car!"

Yes, the Cobb will be unmarried. I drove this car without the AP for many months. The AP will be available to the buyer of the car to buy, but won't be included in the purchase price. I buy and sell cars for a living. This car is worth about $5,500 in my opinion, based on looking at craigslist every day for the last 5 years or so (Its what I do, I can't help it). The price of $4,300 is dirt cheap. its had over $2,000 in maintenance into it in the last 2 years.

Gotcha! And I know what you mean by their value, I've been looking recently too and there aren't many around, even the WRX's sell for $10k with 130k+ miles at dealerships.

Swap or plastidip the wheels and steam clean the seats, and you could probably bump the price up and still sell it...
