Is anyone on here running one of these or heard how reliable they are, I would do the gallie plug but I need two openings.
please elaborate? what kind of sandwiches? Turkey, Tuna, Ham, Bologne, Spam? seriously though what is a sandwich plate?
I have one that I can sell you. I didn't put it on as I have a skid plate on the bottom and didn't want clearance issues. It's a Blitz sandwhich plate.
You could always replace or T off the stock location by the alternator. I havent seen any bad reviews on the sandwiches other than fitment. I was told by a nasioc vendor that I'd likely have clearance issues on a 06 wrx. I didnt follow-up to see if thats true or not, but I figured I might as well save myself $80 and use the blank gallery plug for now and replace the stock oil pressure sensor with a more useful one later.
^ http://www.daddysscp.com/dcart4/product.php?productid=109&cat=0&page=1 ...adapter that is "sandwiched" between the oil pan and the oil filter. It has threads in it for oil temp/pressure sensors for gauges.
Bikerboy suggested I put one on my 03 wrx for easier install of Oil temp gauge and my oil cooler. Havn't had a leak since except when the subaru mechanics forgot to screw it all the way in
