He gave some BS story about being in Germany and just getting a divorce......blah blah blah. I'm 99.9999% sure it is a scam or this is the stupidest human on earth. If anyone wants to mess with him, have fun.
Definate scam. This particular scam always involves people that are out of the country, and for some reason nearly always seem to be priced in the $7,000-8,000 range.
