so i'm taking the online coarses to get scuba certified, then the pool portion of the coarse.

looking for some other people interested in getting into the sport so I have some people to dive with come summer.

    open water part 1 = 220.00
    and open water part 2 = 160.00

coarses cover all meterials needed... tanks, gear, dvds, materials...

first part is done in a pool,
2nd part is done in a big freaken lake.

i'm doing the online part which splits up the cost of the 220.00 and means I only have to do the pool portion.

once your certified you can rent stuff at a very reasonable rate.
but for the price of a nice car mod you can get your own full starter set of gear off ebay. ((roughly 400-800))

and just like car parts... you mod to your liking

i've been doing the online portion (120.00) so that when it comes to the pool I can just flop right in for another 120.00... vs the 220.00 up front.

you also have to have a mask /snorkle / fins when your ready for the coarse.
