Get some WRX seats . I put some 04 WRX seats in my GF4 and I couldn't be happier. I'm a big fan of the bucket style.

Just find ones that are in slightly rough shape and and clean them up on the cheap. One of the best investments i've made in that car.

Steal some S2000 seats. I hear they are nice and its easy to slash through the soft top to get them!
(completely kidding in case anyone couldn't tell)

^ There ya go. They're pretty much the same as what I have, but I've got the all black ones from the Spec C. The seats have good hug, and the firmer foam is good for any car with stiffer suspension (a lot less seat bounce). I'm about 6' and a 34" waist, and I fit well, although the seatback is geared slightly for shorter folks. The leg bolsters are about the only annoyance as they hold your hips and legs well but as a side effect don't offer tons of movement. It may or may not bug you. Your heavy friends may not enjoy them, but I've enjoyed them a ton for auto-x and rally-x, and they're surprisingly comfortable on longer trips.
