Shisha Party So after thread jacking the "coffee" thread about hookah parlors, Squiggly and I decided that we should have a little get together. I could bring mine A 2-hose setup, around 30" tall. Just got it a few months ago, and have some apple flavored stuff that is great.
yeah were bringing our two hose as well. the more the better tho! plus we have about 5 kinds of sheesha right now.
^^THIS!! His is only a dual hose also. So it might be a good idea to have a second hookah. Someone want to bring some guitar hero or something for PS2? Otherwise, there may be a football game on in the eve. There may be jag Cupcake.
Werd, I'll go and check a couple stores by my place tomarrow then I guess. I like the ones where you pick the flavors and they make it 'to order'. Lol.
i've never had one that "makes" it to order...what do you mean that they make it? I just get the pre-packaged stuff...
They had a list of flavors, you picked your flavors, they mixed them together for you with everything. Mind you, I've only purchased the stuff from the Hookah Bar that I've gone to. Usually they blended it with everything and then they would bring it back to the room and get the hookah all set up for you. Fire in tha hole. So do they sell the little charcoals too? Or do you just use a lighter? The stuff you guys are talking about sounds more like pipe tobacco.
no...its definitly shisha (all wet and sticky). Yes they do sell coals (the little hockey pucks!). I'm assuming you have a screen too for the Hookah?
Don't know, it's not my hookah. A couple of people are bringing them. Yeah, It does sound the same then, wet and sticky. My brother told me when I tried it the first time that it was:honey, wheat, and then the flavored stuff all mixed up into a mess with the little hockey puck charcoal. Then it was wrapped in aluminum foil. I don't know, but one hit and I was hooked!:laugh: First time was Mango Banana.:banana:
it's quite delicious...and it doesn't leave a nasty smell (or taste) behind! When I'm drunk...I definitely don't regret smoking some shisha (unlike I regret smoking cigs)
Haha, that's why I said "it's like smoking flavored air!" And I could smoke it for hours and not have the sore throat in the morning like with the cigs.
yeah josh can u get some coals. i think thats the only thing we need. if u have some tin foil thats all we need for a screen

So you actually smoke this stuff? There must be different flavours or what? If it's anything like tobacco, I cringe at the smell of cigs. If its anything like a little smokey smoke, now thats something I'll put in my lungs
Flavors:Banana, Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Watermelon, Vanilla, Raspberry... I got tired of typing, but you get the point. MANY flavors! This is nothing like smoking a ciggy Josh.:biggrin:
absolutely nothing like smoking a cig! I don't really know how to describe it....it's just, smooooooooth (because it's weak tobacco and it's out of a bong)
That's why I say "smoking air!" You inhale...it feels like nothing goes in. You exhale...smoke!?! wtf? Aftertaste is fruity.
IMO the best place to get all the items you need is Holy Land. http://www.holylandbrand.com/index1.htm They have a shop in the global market. Tons of flavors, and my fav part is that they have Larger sizes and Smaller sizes. So if you don't know what flavor you would like, for a lot less you can get a smaller box of the stuff. They also have all the coals, etc. Also they have really good food there, which I would highly recommend. Their pita chips are f'in great. I have a sheesha pipe, but givin the time, I don't think i'll be able to make it. I'll call curly if things change.

Haha, I removed the lead and asbestos out of that building before the renovation. Heard the penthouse upstairs was going to go for 1.5 or 2 million.:roll:
2 million for a spot on Lake and Chicago!! Hahaha, the KFC across the street had like 3" thick bullet proof glass and you grab your food from the bulletproof box.:laugh:
