I have a titanium STi "piston" shift knob. It would probably feel alot lighter than your Cobb tho. Looks like...

If you're looking for something a little flashier, checkout www.wearelikewise.com They have some kooky stuff. The Daytona of theirs is a pretty tame one and sort of what you're looking for.

My work firewall blocked this site stating NSFW items.

Your firewall must have a very strict definition of NSFW. They have a shift knob called the finger banger but that is pretty much it. I don't even think they have scantily clad models.

It just takes the spring out of the handbrake. Super gimmicky but w/e.

Two words are definitely nsfw material.

Off topic question regarding that. In a drift car, is the huge hand brake handle for a separate master cylinder for just the rears? Always wondered how it works.

Has separate cyl for each side rear... its a flow thru design so when the normal pedal is pressed all brakes function as usual.
They are a Bit@# to bleed all the air from the system

Here's a diagram on a single master cylinder handbrake.
