    Hey Guys thought I'd share some hobby of mine...Me and my wife are planning on doing some sort of catering in the near future and making a homemade "cookbook" :banana: Here are some pics of what we con-cocked today and it turned out pretty good...:yummy:

    All this in 30 mins...Muahahahahaha..yes both of them..."Quick easy meals is my hezzie fo shizzle ya hear" Hopefully I wrote that right...:roll:

    actually nothing asian about any of the food other than Me being one...lol

    Those are just plates we found at my in-laws..hahaha

    Creamy Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce with Chives :yummy: over waffle Fries...I got that idea from working at Palomino's, they have a different recipe

    I'll bring something up for the Cruise ;) I'm thinking "Sweet Tamarind BBQ Marinated Beef Skewers w/toasted sesame seeds" Goes great w/Papaya Mango Salad...

    yeah, gorgonzola with chive sounds good... it looked like some spicy mayo with some cottage cheese or something equally nasty at first... this guy loves to eat jellyfish afterall lol

    Real Papaya salad? Mmmm SPICY! One of the best tricks to play on a newbie in Thailand... Get the Papaya Salad, it is just a salad with Papaya in it, really! ;) ...and Tamarind, definitely a Thai theme.
