3 blocks of my road are part of the whopping 1.2 miles of total road the city of Duluth is replacing this year. It just so happens they are also replacing sewer/water/storm drain stuff at the same time. So the Impreza is stuck in the driveway till late August I assume =(
Did the city give you a notice your driveway was going to be blocked by a mountain of sewer soaked mud?
I'm sure they did. I believe they are obligated to give you a warning of intent nearly a month to two months prior, if not, that suuuuucks lol. Heck, more time to close the garage door, order a ton of parts, and release a beast your neighbors arent expecting in a month. I'm right there with you, i dont get to drive my sooby from july 28th to august 28th! stupid field expeditions...
Yea but it was already torn up enough that the non-lowered legacy scraped big time getting out. Wasn't about to get high centered with the imp. That and I don't want 2 of my cars parked on some random street blocks away for people to break into.
well i'm coming up this weekend so we should def jump the tercel! and make joe puke again!!! that was freaking hilarious!
I don't see this as a problem, I see this as an opportunity, I need to bring the 4runner down to play one of these nights.
and rolled in the pukey hotdog chunks! then the dog ate them...that was kinda gross...what was not hilarious was when he almost killed chux's car, but the puking was quite funny
Hey i am the guy who does this to people on a daily basis. I work sewer and water construction. IRC they are supposed to make the road driveable for any kind of car no matter how low they are. If they dont do this then i would call the Public Works department of your cities main office and ask to talk to someone about the situation. If it were me id ask for the inspector for that particualr job to give me a call and talk to him/her about it. The inspectors generally will make the contractors fix something like that if they get complaints.
