This is really last minute, but I am putting things back together after my engine install and was thinking how nice it would be to put a silicone inlet on instead of my stocker. I am hoping to finish up tonight so I doubt anyone will have one quickly enough, but it's worth a shot. Hoping on a Gimmick, ebay, etc. Nothing too pricey. Call or text my cell. six51 - three19 - one903

if u go with a silicone one and dont mind destroying your stock one down the road it can be done without taking off the intake mani. i shoved my ebay one in there with little to no problems. took me 30 minutesd to cut my stock one apart enough to get it out. mine was all ready tore to **** so i didnt care.

Yeah, If I don't get one before assembling things I may do that in the future.

If it helps, hard inlets can also be installed without removing the intake manifold on the 02 designs.

Awesome, thanks. Now willing to buy a hard inlet as well. :) Anything that isn't the stock "fall apart with a few heat cycles" style should work nicely. I will order one online later today if nothing comes up, but I am really hoping to grab one locally so I don't have the down time.

Yeah, MAP has a decent price on the Gimmick inlet, but they are closed until Monday. I actually have to go up there anyway to exchange my fuel pump that failed, but I figure if I have to wait till Monday I might as well wait a few more days for mail delivery and save $80. If they were open today I would grab one for sure. Wish I would have discovered my need yesterday when they were open. :(
