I am gauging interest in a trip for this winter sometime. Justin had showed some interest in duluth about maybe going to Lutsen and getting a place right on the hill. Just want to see how many we could get to go! Here's Lutsen...
depends on when. i'm decent at skiing but would like to learn to board sometimes. there are hella board bunnies on the hill. for the single folks of course!
I've made it a tradition with some of my friends to go boarding up there every winter during our christmas break. Last winter we went right after it snowed and it was AMAZING any way i'll be going up there some time around jan 2nd or later so if it's around that time i'd be game.
I'll be down for that! I might work at Whitecap in Northern Wisconsin, but I'm still not too sure. I could try to get discounts sometime, but we'll see
Well I have been going to Lutsen every year for the past 5 years with a bunch of friends. So anybody is welcome to come. This year we are going in March, eather 9-12th or the 16-19th
Another trip...if you're nuts! If anyone is interested we (my buddies) all do an extreme boarding trip to colorado and wyoming. this year we are going to berthoud pass (warm up hikes), steamboat (depending on snow), jackson hole, teton pass, and grand targee. anyone interested you're free to joing in. feb 18th through 26th. fyi...we're seriously open to having anyone join up with us for the trip. however, we seek out the steepest and craziest so please don't ask about joining us UNLESS you're comfortable with vertical chutes and steep (vertical) lines. it's always fun and we party hard throughout the entire trip. PM me if you're interested.
Afton last night I went last night. It's as good as it will get here in MN. the parks, rails, and fun boxes are up and pretty good. Snow conditions? always better on the side of the runs where the snow piles up a bit, othrewise icy
