    Slowpokes @ BIR July 4th

Come up and represent, I will be!

    Note:
This event is for people who have experience with high speed track driving. BIR is a high speed track and there will be fast moving traffic.

It's open lapping all day! Yep, as much as your brakes and tires can handle.

I'll be giving rides all day. Come up and hop in. Bring a helmet and your Depends ;) I have an extra helmet but it will prob be sweaty and smell like my bros puke

Four wheel drifts and corded tires here I come

Sorry, here is the link: http://www.slowpokes.org/events.html

I was just thinking you should get BIG Solera magnets to put on your trunk so when your passing all these Porche's, Lambo's, Vette's these ballers can know where to go to get some of the best food in town....LOL

Stop by. Birthday ride it is!

Just drove there Monday and Tuesday and made the Audi boys cry, all of them :) Especially the guys with their "blah blah FullStageThree blah blah". I've never seen so many points to pass.

    Here's what's on it:

    Engine:
    SBR 20g
    Perrin TMIC
    Nismo 740cc Injectors
    Walbro Fuel Pump
    GT Spec II Header
    Scooby Sport 3" TBE
    Perrin Big MAF
    Perrin Inlet
    AP

    Other bits:
    Zeal V6 Coilovers
    Perin Rear Sway Bar
    Tower Braces
    True Race Harness Bar
    Pagid Yellow Brake Pads
    Sparco 5pt Harness
    Set of Hoosier Cup's 245-45-17
Set of Dunlop Super Sport Race 235-40-18

It's a hoot on the track. Here's what happens when you four wheel drift at high speeds with -3 camber. This is my right front tire. I felt it starting to go and pitted. It blew in the hot pit about 20ft past pit in. :eek4: Needless to say, this set is toast. I'll have to run my 17" Hoosiers.

Josh-Its great to finally meet you in person, had a great time at BIR, thanks for taking me around in your ride and sharing some R&R knowledge. Awsome setup!

There was a bunch of really nice cars out there. Carrera GT Porche, Pantera, BMW Z4 M-the only one in MN and a few Subaru's. The Carrera GT owner said he was doing 170mph coming into turn 1.

Thanks for coming up guys. And thanks Mushashi for showing me your lines. I always like to see new ways to find some speed.

I ended up cording my first set of tires chasing the Carrera GT. I was able to keep up with him until the straights. I would only hit 140 according to GPS. My speedo was reading 155. I would then catch back up to him in the corners. I have some pics and short clips of me chasing him.

I ended the day early with some funny whine coming from my rear diff. :emo: I still got a fair amount of runs in though.

Well, I have to keep Matt busy right?

    I'll post some pics soon.

    Josh
