HEy guys the past few days i have been noticing that when i drive my car(05 STI, only mod is Perring inlet tube) and shut it down that smoke starts comming out from under the hood and out my scoop. It smells like oil. I know this smell because when I put a turbo in my 99 legacy(RIP). There were some oil leaks and it was gettin all over everything. I'm not sure if oil might just be getting on the exhaust or what?? I have no idea why this is happening. It even happens if i'm not on my car really hard. A buddy said that my turbo might be starting to leak or die. Anybody who has any advice or ideas on what the problem might be that would be sweet. Thanks p.s the car has about 23K on it. look for oil leaks. check the valve covers, and the oil pump. also see if you are leaving any puddles.
