It's my parts car and I'm taking the motor out and junking the rest. The floor is rotted away and I have robbed anything worth anything off it. We have been joking about taking the roof off my daily XT and wanted to see what it would look like. Well you get the idea.....

You dont think mixing beer and a sawzal is a good idea???? Well maybe I should post this picture of the other JALOPAROD we are building. This is what happens when you have a s10 frame and cut 2' out of the center and weld it back together and then add a 40 Ford truck cab that you channeled 10" and removed 6" out of the roof. Then you add a 1950 Studebaker bullet nose front end and here it is. We started this one 2 months ago oh and the motor is a Buick 455 wildcat. So if you guys ever get board you need to get out of the cities and have some fun lol

Well

If you saw it now you would. That was just the mockup. The doors are suicide now, well one of them is. The tin you see on the door is the roof cut in ½ off the Stude car. We are going to weld it all solid and then take a tin nipper and cut straight up that tin and that should leave a ¼ inch gap. Then we are going to open the door and weld tin in for door jams and the bottom of the doors. Thats the plan anyway. lol

 

thats gonna be sweet. i am not too sure about how the huge fenders will go over. they seem kinda big for the small cab

You kinda have to picture it with a shorty box with those back fenders on. He's going to the shock factor more then a show car. The rearend will be tubbed and narrow with wide back tires.
