Looks nice! The 3-step wax uses a carnauba wax over the polish right?

I got done shampooing and clay barring and a quick hand polish with klasse aio today.
Tomorrow I'm gonna machine polish with sonus sfx2 then sfx3. Then seal with klasse sg. Hopefully I can get 2 fully cured coats of sg on before it rains!

    Lookin' great, Jake!

I was actually going to do the same thing today, but got wrapped up with the family for longer than expected.

Did you use a buffer? If so, how many bonnets did you use for each step?

I have 4 applicator bonnets, and 3 removal/buffing bonnets (2 terrycloth and 1 microfiber). Am I going to need to get more???

    the wheels are rota grids

as far as buffing i use a cheapo craftsman buffer for putting it on and i only use 1 bonnet for each step. i always remove the wax by hand with some nice towels, i dont know why i just didnt like removing it with the buffer.

When you get done with Aspitfires car, you can come do mine. If you're feeling really ambitions, I've got 3 firetrucks you can do too ;)

Looks great! I bet that took a lot of blood, sweat and tears. How long did it take you to get the detailing done?

I like the location I live right over there. Can you just pull right into the airport and start taking pictures? I may have to steal that idea. btw your hard work shows the car looks really nice.

thanks guys, it took prolly around 8 hours to do everything inside and out. i still gotta do under the hood too its gettin pretty dirty in there. and yes you can drive right into the airport the gate automatically opens when you pull up to it, the north gate does for sure i dont know about the south one, theres 2 gates on airport road. thats weird we both live in blaine and never see eachother drivin around, i see fong every once in a while in the xt hes around us somewhere too. and i see a blue sti that lives down the street from me but never a silver one, i'll keep an eye out for you.
