wow i got to work at 5 am this mornign and there had been people waiting outside our store since 8pm last night, we handed out tickets to the people who were in line and told them they could come back between 9-10 to pick them up, the funny thing is, some guys never came back after waiting all night.

They are selling 360's at a loss. I believe they invested 12bill for the 360. I hear they will make their profits from the software titles for 360. I think they did a better job at getting good titles for 360 than the xbox.

+1. console makers always take a loss on the console itself and make their money on the games.

yep. $50 for a cd is kinda pricey, and until someone hacks it everyone will be paying the $50 a game. Thats why everyone gets so po'd at ripping games/music/movies, that is the easyiest money to make. I think I remember reading that a game only cost about $3-$5 to make once they are in full production (including case and manuals).
