Northern Industrial 14 Piece 1/2 Drive metric impact socket set. 6 Point, Chrome Moly and off corner engagement. Exactly what you need for impact sockets. Nice and strong sockets. They have been used a bit (especially the 19MM), but they are all in good condition. Laser etching for quick ID. They were replaced by the Klutch brand at Northern Tools, but they are the exact same thing. Sizes are: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 27 $35 shipped.




Then I have a 11 piece 1/4 Drive Craftsman 6 Point SAE socket set. Sizes are 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16 and the 5/8 one is a Blue Point, not craftsman. The Craftsman sockets are the older USA made sockets (which are getting incredibly hard to find). This set is used, but in very good condition, with only minimal signs of use. They are also the laser etched easy to read sockets. $25 shipped

Craftsman sockets are the older USA made sockets (which are getting incredibly hard to find). This set is used, but in very good condition, with only minimal signs of use. They are also the laser etched easy to read sockets and DEEP! Armstrong sockets are identical to craftsman (other than a slightly different laser etch and the stampings), so the one armstrong socket fits in very well. The 11/32 isn't sold by Craftsman in Laser etched, so the Armstrong is there to complete the set (compared to other brands) $30 shipped




13 Piece 3/8 Drive Craftsman USA SAE 6 point socket set. These are used, but in good condition (minimal signs of use). Again, Craftsman USA sockets are getting incredibly hard to find. Don't buy the new chinese ones. Sizes are 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1in. Also have the laser etched sizes on them to make them easy to read. $37 Shipped

Gearwrench Midlength (semi deep) Socket set with 6 3/8 drive 6 point sockets. Fit where deep are too big and give clearance over bolts and studs that short sockets can't. Very useful, and Gearwrench sockets are great (Taiwan made, not China). Great addition to your tool chest. Sizes 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, and 9/16. $15 shipped

You'd be amazed at how well swimming works to remove that permanent layer of dirt and grease that comes from working on cars. Then again, after a while, the chlorine also starts to burn off your body hair too, but....
