    4-point harnesses can be fairly dangerous in a high speed crash at a track. Get a 5-point and you'll be less likely to end up in your footwell.

    Doesn't it depend on what form of racing you are doing? I would check into the rule books of the sanctioned events your doing.

    yeah, the guy said just get the 5th belt and it'll be a five point.

    Depends on the harness. A camlock should have a center hole for the crotch belt. But you NEED to find out what the rules are for the type of racing you are doing. You need to know if the Sparco Speed is usable for what you intend to do, it isn't a competition seat, it's a street seat. And as such, may not be approved for competition use in any class. If you are serious about racing, look into the Sparco Evo or Evo2 seat, it has a 5th point hole to accomodate 5point harnesses.

    thanks guys. I am getting different harnesses. These are 5 pt. harnesses and says that they fully exceeds SFI requirements. I will look into those seats as well. Thanks.
