I know this car. It sat on our lot for a while before someone bought it. IIRC it got a new transmission or engine, I can't remember which right off the top of my head. It got traded with that body kit on it and I think we paid for the respray at our body shop.
I already posted a link to it in the CL sticky thread earlier today. The CL thread is there for a reason.
the car is a POS. I test drove it when it was in the toyota lot in brooklyn park. the paint is chipping, the body kit is falling apart. the exhaust is so rusted. there is some kind of leak coming from the headers, just a guess. the windows have issues rolling down, the central console is empty with wires coming out from all over. I got the dealer to come down to 4,500 but then I thought it wasn't worth it at all. engine seemed strong. My guess is that someone bought it for around 4,500 and then is re-selling at 6,000.
