50cc 2005 TGB 303R, 1200 miles, pretty much brand new, just broken in. It currently has a tecnigas Next R ehxaust, derestrcted ECU, derestricted variator and some go fast stickers. It's a 2 stroke, can be built to a 70cc for about $100-200 if the buyer is so inclined. I need to get another scooter for long distance commuting and therefore need to get rid of this one, even though I love it. It is in very good condition, there are no problems at all. Runs perfectly and gets about 60mpg! This is a very high quality scooter, made by the OEM manufacturer of Vespa and other piaggio parts. It is a very good bike to commute on, run errands with and learn to ride on. It is orange and black (Repsol Honda colored if you know bikes) and has been treated very well. Has only run Ipone synthetic oil, which is probably the highest quality available on the market. Top speed is 45mph with me on it, 50 with a lighter person. Its registered as a moped, but it goes faster than they're supposed to... ah well. I pesonally think you need 20% throttle left over to be safe in the city. It is excellent for city traffic. yep, has handles in the back for a passenger. I have rode two up on it many times, just be aware a 50cc is not fast with two adults on it.
