its snowing right now in grand rapids, I HATE IT. plus drifting on snow is no fun, u cant go as fast, u dont get to smoke the tires and less control.

It is snowing in hopkins, but unfortunetly I am in no shape (to many beers) to drive right now. I should be good when the drifting is good

After I got my winter tires mounted around 6PM, wrxboy2003 noticed it was snowing outside, showed us his new exhaust system, and did an AWD burnout for a second outside of his shop. :D Actually, it was a RE92 slipout at most.

BTW, Michelin Artic Alpines grab pretty well on slush. :D :D :D

well i went out for a spin. its quite slick out there. i think the main deal is all the rain is frozen under the snow. i went around the nieghborhood, and down into navare. was about half way to the groery store (like 3/4 mile) and i saw that some one had already take out a one way sign. brillant snow for less than 3 hours and a sign is already down, lol.

anywho, becareful out there. watch out for bridges and other steep place.

Didn't get much here in Roch, but I live 30 miles south and it was absolutely horrible driving in this morning. Had about an inch of that hard nasty snow-ice on everything when I left home this morning, and highways were pure ice. The 40-50 mph gusts were actually blowing my car sideways on the ice. You should have seen the rear ends on the poor FWD cars. Blowing all over the damn place. :)

Oh, and the RE92s pretty much suck in the snow. I really, really didn't want to buy a set of snow tires, but I don't think I'll survive an entire winter driving 60 miles a day in this crap.

I'm going driving after class today! From what I heard if I drive 10-15 miles east I'll find about a foot and a half of snow! Too bad it's native american land and they have no decent size parking lots
