damnit it just started here...that means its gonna be like midnight before the snow starts to stay :x i wanna drift!
Down here in Iowa it has been snowing most of the day, since like noon. I love it. The ground is definately covered.
i would come w/ but your in duluth lol. it has been snowing here for about 45-60 minutes, hopefully the temp really drops so this stuff get fluffier and stays awhile. i am gonna have to go for a spin once we get some on the roads.
It's raining here, been raining all day. If it gets as cold as they say it will, tomorrow morning will be very interesting.
its snowing right now in grand rapids, I HATE IT. plus drifting on snow is no fun, u cant go as fast, u dont get to smoke the tires and less control.
It is snowing in hopkins, but unfortunetly I am in no shape (to many beers) to drive right now. I should be good when the drifting is good
yeah, i was up in duluth this weekend until today. i was hoping to get spotted. guess not. they said duluth WAS supposed to get about 4 inches this morning but they got nothing! i was a little sad
After I got my winter tires mounted around 6PM, wrxboy2003 noticed it was snowing outside, showed us his new exhaust system, and did an AWD burnout for a second outside of his shop. Actually, it was a RE92 slipout at most. BTW, Michelin Artic Alpines grab pretty well on slush.
well i went out for a spin. its quite slick out there. i think the main deal is all the rain is frozen under the snow. i went around the nieghborhood, and down into navare. was about half way to the groery store (like 3/4 mile) and i saw that some one had already take out a one way sign. brillant snow for less than 3 hours and a sign is already down, lol. anywho, becareful out there. watch out for bridges and other steep place.
it started snowing tonight up here, too bad the grounds not cold enough, it's not accumulating... I was in brainerd on saturday night, and there was snow on my car when I left sunday morning...I'll see if I can find the pic.
Still raining in assland  I'm getting pissed, it's like 36 and has been like that all day, but it won't drop 4 frickin' degrees!!!
reading 28.9 F here. we have some accumulation only 1/4" - 1/2", but hopefully it doesnt dissappear in the morning.
well, i'm game for an early street tear up. i'm probably going to go find some nice roads to go re-work my winter driving into my tires... i jsut wanna see how bad they've gotten over one summer of driving with them on.
Didn't get much here in Roch, but I live 30 miles south and it was absolutely horrible driving in this morning. Had about an inch of that hard nasty snow-ice on everything when I left home this morning, and highways were pure ice. The 40-50 mph gusts were actually blowing my car sideways on the ice. You should have seen the rear ends on the poor FWD cars. Blowing all over the damn place. Oh, and the RE92s pretty much suck in the snow. I really, really didn't want to buy a set of snow tires, but I don't think I'll survive an entire winter driving 60 miles a day in this crap.
Hey Kelly finally got some snow! my tires should be up to par this year, it will be interesting to see how they hnadle at 1/2 tread left. i want SNOW, not ice.
I'm going driving after class today! From what I heard if I drive 10-15 miles east I'll find about a foot and a half of snow! Too bad it's native american land and they have no decent size parking lots
