    COOL STORY BRO

But seriously, awesome pick up. Would be even more awesome if it were a Canon, though. I'll never understand Nikons.

Never said there was anything wrong with them, just that I don't understand them. I'd elaborate, but I'm not trying to turn this into a Nikon vs Canon discussion.

When it comes down to it, any DSLR is a good DSLR, because it's better than no DSLR at all.

I'm going to say this right now as a warning to everyone. If this stupid 4chan meme starts popping up on here, I'm going to hand out bans.

    END OF DISCUSSION.

    Back to the topic.

hey guys... took a few good pics the other day that I thought I would post. just so I can tie in the pictures with this thread for you can see the quality.
these are just so you can see the depth and color.

the fairy is my favorite... shes just so freakeshly cute.

IMHO there is no point in what is better... everything has its use and is built for its purpose. Right now.... they are about dead even... and you are simply picking a brand that better suits you.

It's amazing how much better pictures look with a DSLR compared to compact cameras, especially with those last 2 pictures.

And if you want your pictures to look good on the web, get rid of photobucket.

D90 is a good choice, imo. Isn't that a full frame sensor?

What lens do I see there? 18-200mm VR?

d90 is still the DX sensor. Full frame is only on the d700 and the d3 series. Also, it looks like the 18-105 lens.

    its the 18-105dx...

looking into a bigger lense, but i'm not buying anything new until after I get my bagpipes :)

The new set of pipes are going to set me back 1,100.00 bucks for a new set of stix. I needed the camera for my paint work and other buisness stuff.

    good times.

these are the pipes im picking up.
only an all black bag....the engravings in the first pic... and a custom solo chanter :)
    hooray for piping.
