Just getting an idea about this swap. About the picture below, is it everything i need besides the engine, tranny, and ecu to swap out the wrx parts? Is there anything else i need or don't need? i know there is A LOT more but i just want a general idea. Thanks

You don't HAVE to do the rear axels, hubs and brakes, but its nice. 3.90 rear diffs are availible in the R160 case. A 6mt tranny mount is neccessary.

Where can you get a LSD 3.90 R160 rear diff? I searched, but couldn't find one, so I'm building one.

A 3.90 VLSD was availible as an option in 1991 Legacy Sport Sedans (turbo). They are pretty few and far inbetween.

you will need wheels to clear the brembos. 17"s at that.
