Greetings, I have a 2018 WRX and am contemplating installing the STI exhaust. Does anyone know what I could expect in increases in HP and torque changes?

Would I be better off with another system?

Thoughts and input would be welcome.

    Thx

You won't gain HP/TQ from a catback exhaust system - only the exhaust note will change. Downpipe/uppipe upgrades with an appropriate tune will net some power gains, however.

Don't waste your money on the stock STi exhaust, goto Nameless Performance and get an axelback for $300. I had it on my '13 WRX, and '15 STi. Sounds great. Little drone at times though.

Or you can look for the poor fool who got the spt exhaust when they ordered the car and are pawing it off on Craigslist for a fraction of the original cost.

    Worked for me.

I've got a Nameless that I may be selling as I'm thinking about trading in my FXT, if you had interest in such things.
