i'm considering getting this vehicle. i've been debating it for a while. i know i want it but the problem is that, its in Hawaii. i supposed i can just pay for shipping. but i guess i'm going to sell my van and make a move for it. i'm going to let the wife look at it then decide from there. any input would help. seller is from i-club. sounds like a great deal being that the wrx wagon are around that price range as well. See if the swap was a good swap and if there were any known problems. Don't wanna buy a car that you have to eventually fix left to right which can get annoying. Other than that, get that thing shipped here!
how much is S&H?? i am sure the car is a good deal but if your gonna pay 7k for shipping or some awful amount just get a OEM STi
hey brother, shipping shouldn't be that much. figure approximately $850 to get it shipped to cali, and then freighted to minnesota... that one, i don't know. i hear a calling for a road trip! haha. yeah, it looks smooth and clean. maybe it'll make you think twice about herc's impreza. only thing i see flawed about it is the riced interior trims... it seems like they were painted... remember? like how my civic was. hahaha that was ghey. but the interior picture shows some painted panels, or what appears painted.
just get it kong....now you dont have to worry about picking up slow with the van.....gas and your gone....
I was tempted and than thought about it and realized I am not a Wagon kind of a guy so I back up when I first saw it. Good luck, beautiful Car!
what i really wanted was the sti forester. but then i found this. actually i found it like 2 months ago and then thought that someone had bought it just to find out the other day that the owner relist it for sale. this thing is actually a sti wagon if you want to call it. not as much room as the forester but it will do. as long as the stroller and grocery bags can fit in it then i'm game.
Kong, it's your destiny to get a fast wagon. Since you're not getting the Forester XT, this is a cheaper alternative to what you want.
my wife and i are really leaning towards it. but there is some stuff we have to work out with the guy.
before buying it, look into why the person who bought the car is selling it so soon. It could be having problems and he's tired of it. Unless i read it wrong and its the original owner reselling it because the previous buyer backed out.
