Its serious motivation to get my kinks worked out and get on a dyno. I'll be running pump gas though.

I think you might end up a bit higher than you thought, if he's running stock heads/cams.... Dan get that car on the dyno ASAP!

Dynapack numbers are much much higher than Mustang and Dynodynamics numbers. Take Dynojet numbers and then pull the wheels off the car and bolt the hubs directly to the dyno for even less loss.

Dynapaks are weird. I could never figure out why they went with hub adapters.

Sure, you eliminate frictional losses of tires/road, but the measurement still has drivetrain losses. While it might get you closer to an actual engine dyno in terms of power output, it isn't that much closer, and now you don't know how much power you are actually putting down on the road. Add in the time of taking the wheels off, setting up the adapters, etc., and I don't know why they bother...

Either way, that's pretty damn good for a bone stock motor with heads that do not flow that well, hence so much boost.

    Let's not split hairs:roll:

Well, the dynapak eliminates alot of dangers. As long as the hubs are on correctly, you don't have the rolling tires or anything. They are also ALOT quieter. If you have been to a bunch of dyno days, you will see that there are certain tires that make some really bad noises on the dyno rollers.

Sorry to steal your thunder Fuji, but I'm buying my cams today ;) And whenever Ray gets word from Andrewtech, the PPG gears will be ordered...
I'm hoping to have the car on the road by early April.

    Sweet. Get that thing rollin.

I'm curious how I'll do with the 30R and those Delta cams. I'm holding off on the dyno untill I get a AFPR. The diaphram in my wastegate actuator blew out, so I have zero boost control right now. I might hold out for an EWG.

Then its on like donkey kong.

The Dynapacks are a lot quieter. There have been incidents of the hub adapters snapping off though.
